    SEE ALSO...

Bmx Antibody (E-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Bmx in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Bmx is a member of the Tec family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases, which play crucial roles in various cellular processes, particularly in hematopoietic cells. Bmx (E-2) antibody targets a protein primarily located in the cytoplasm and highly expressed in the heart, where Bmx is involved in regulating cell signaling pathways that control cell growth and survival. Bmx′s cellular location enables interactions with other signaling molecules, thereby influencing processes such as apoptosis and proliferation. Dysregulation of Bmx has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, making Bmx a significant target for therapeutic intervention. Anti-Bmx antibody (E-2) provides a reliable tool for researchers aiming to study the functional roles of Bmx in human health and disease, facilitating advancements in understanding cellular signaling networks.

What blocking solution should I use with Bmx (E-2): sc-271025 monoclonal antibody for Western blot?

    Asked by: cjMara
Thank you for your question. We recommend blocking with Blotto (either TBS Blotto A: sc-2333 or TBS Blotto B: sc-2335). Our Western blot protocol can be found here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/western-immuno-blotting
