ARMC8 Antibody (E-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects ARMC8 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ARMC8 (E-1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ARMC8, also known as armadillo repeat containing 8, is a 673 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of 14 armadillo repeats, which are critical for signal transduction. ARMC8 is involved in essential cellular processes such as cell migration, proliferation, and tissue maintenance, while playing a significant role in tumorigenesis. Multiple isoforms of ARMC8, resulting from alternative splicing, highlight functional diversity and adaptability in various cellular contexts. ARMC8 is encoded on human chromosome 3, a region rich in genes associated with cancer and other critical biological functions. Understanding ARMC8 interactions with specific proteins can provide insights into cellular signaling pathways and potential disease mechanisms, making anti-ARMC8 antibody (E-1) a valuable research tool.
