AP-4 Antibody (A-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects AP-4 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). AP-4 (A-8) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. AP-4 plays a crucial role in gene regulation, specifically binding to the DNA consensus sequence 5′-CAGCTG-3′, which is essential for the transcription of genes involved in various cellular processes.
