    ADAMTS-14 Antibody (G-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ADAMTS-14 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ADAMTS-14 (G-8) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ADAMTS-14, a member of the ADAMTS (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase domain with Thrombospondin type-1 modules) family, plays a crucial role in regulating extracellular matrix components, particularly in collagen turnover, which is vital for maintaining tissue integrity and function. ADAMTS-14 is predominantly located in collagen-rich tissues, such as cartilage, where ADAMTS-14 is involved in remodeling processes essential for normal physiological functions and in the pathogenesis of diseases like arthritis. ADAMTS-14′s unique structure, characterized by four thrombospondin type-1 motifs, allows ADAMTS-14 to interact with various substrates and other proteins, influencing cellular signaling pathways and tissue homeostasis. Using anti-ADAMTS-14 antibody (G-8) in research can provide valuable insights into this important protease′s role in both health and disease.
