ADAM15 Antibody (A-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects ADAM15 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ADAM15, also known as metargidin, is an 814 amino acid plasma membrane protein that plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell adhesion and signaling, due to its ability to bind to integrins alphaV/beta3 and alpha5/beta1 via its RGD tripeptide sequence.
