**** NOTE: No corresponding HDR is available for this Knockout Plasmid. **** Please use sc-420186-KO-2 and sc-420186-HDR-2 if selection of cells using puromycin resistance is desired.
Following transfection, gene knockout efficiency can be assayed by WB, IF or IHC using antibody: 4.1B Antibody (B-6): sc-398089
