YAP1 항체(H-9)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 YAP를 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 모노클로날 YAP 항체입니다. YAP1 항체(H-9)는 공액형 및 비공액형 항-YAP 항체 형태로 제공됩니다. 예스 관련 단백질은 예스(Yes)의 SH3 도메인에 결합하는 능력으로 인해 원래 알려진 14-3-3 결합 분자입니다. YAP와 14-3-3의 결합은 YAP 14-3-3 결합 모티프에 있는 상동 세린 잔기(Ser 112)의 인산화가 필요합니다. 고도로 보존되고 어디에나 존재하는 14-3-3 단백질은 신호 전달에 관여하는 세포 내 인산화 단백질과 결합하여 분화, 세포 주기 진행 및 세포 사멸을 조절합니다. YAP는 14-3-3 단백질에 의해 조절되는 방식으로 원형질막과 세포 골격에서의 이벤트를 핵에서의 전사 억제와 연결할 수 있습니다. YAP는 전사 인자에 존재하는 PPXY 모티프에 결합하여 전사 보조 인자로 작용하는 PDZ 결합 모티프를 가진 전사 보조 인자인 TAZ의 WW 도메인과 상동성을 공유합니다. why using this antibody staining YAP in MCF-7 is located in cytoplasm

Thank you for your question. Many proteins localize to more than one location in a cell, so localization often varies depending on the cells. YAP has been shown to translocate to the cytoplasm due to phosphorylation and cell density.

which yap antibody from your company that can detect phosphorylated yap?

Thank you for your question. We do not have a phospo-YAP antibody that specifically detects only phosphorylated YAP. All the antibodies are capable of detecting phosphorylated YAP as well as non-phosphorylated YAP, depending on the epitope and the phosphorylation site.

What secondary reagent should I use for IHC if I am working with mice tissue samples?

For cases like this, we recommend using our mouse monoclonal primary antibodies that are directly conjugated. The YAP Antibody (H-9): sc-271134 is NOT currently available directly conjugated, but we do offer an alternative, YAP Antibody (G-6): sc-376830, that is directly conjugated. Currently, sc-376830 is available conjugated to HRP (sc-376830 HRP), phycoerythrin (sc-376830 PE), fluorescein (sc-376830 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-376830 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-376830 AF647).
