Wnt-1 항체(E-10)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 Wnt-1 단백질을 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgM κ 마우스 단일 클론 Wnt-1 항체(WNT1 항체 또는 INT1 항체라고도 지정됨)입니다. Wnt-1 항체(E-10)는 비접합 항-Wnt-1 항체로 제공됩니다. 고도로 보존된 Wnt 유전자 계열의 제품은 세포 성장과 분화를 조절하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다. Wnt 유전자 계열의 원형인 Wnt-1은 시스테인이 풍부한 분비 당단백질로 세포막과 결합하여 세포 부착의 주요 조절자로 작용할 가능성이 있으며, 종양 억제 유전자 APC와도 결합하는 카데린 결합 세포 부착 단백질인 b-catenin은 Wnt-1이 매개하는 신호 전달 경로의 다운스트림 표적으로 확인되었습니다. Wnt-1은 배아 신경계의 정상적인 발달에 필수적이며, 일반적으로 배아 신경관과 성체 정자에서 발현이 제한됩니다. 유방 조직에서 부적절하게 발현되면 Wnt-1은 과형성 및 종양 발생에 기여합니다. Wnt 계열은 생체 내에서 소닉 헤지혹(Shh)과 상호 작용하여 체세포 조직에서 근육 형성을 유도하는 것으로 나타났습니다.

What kind treatment for antigen retrieval do you recommend for IHC?
