트랜스페린 항체(D-9)는 IgG1 λ 마우스 단일 클론 트랜스페린 항체(과립구/꽃가루 결합 단백질(GPBP) 항체, TFQTL1 항체, 76.5 kDa 트랜스페린 당 단백질 항체, 철(Fe) 수송 당 단백질 항체 또는 아포트랜스페린 항체로도 지정)로 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA로 인간 유래의 트랜스페린 단백을 검출합니다. 트랜스페린 항체(D-9)는 비접합 항-트랜스페린 항체 형태와 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-트랜스페린 항체 형태로 제공됩니다. 철(Fe)은 모든 살아있는 세포에 존재하는 엄격하게 대사가 조절되는 미네랄이자 성장 인자입니다. 적혈구 헤모글로빈에 결합되지 않은 철은 척추동물 혈청의 철 수송 단백질인 트랜스페린(Tf)에 의해 운반됩니다. 트랜스페린 단백질은 두 개의 상동 도메인을 포함하며, 각 도메인에는 철 결합 부위가 있습니다. 대부분의 트랜스페린은 간에서 합성되어 혈액으로 분비되지만, 고환과 뇌, 그리고 희돌기아교세포에서도 소량 생성되며, 희돌기아교세포 분화의 초기 마커인 트랜스페린은 고환과 뇌에서도 생성됩니다. 혈액에서 트랜스페린은 코팅된 구덩이와 소포 시스템을 통해 CD71이라고도 하는 트랜스페린 수용체(TfR)와 결합한 후 적혈구와 망상 적혈구에 의해 내재화됩니다. Hello I would like to know how to store the antibody transferrin D9 after being diluted. Should I keep it in 4 degrees like the stock solution or should I keep it in - 20 degrees ? Thank you in advance

Thank you for your question. We do not recommend making aliquots of antibodies. The antibody and any dilutions you make should be kept at +4 °C. The buffer in which our antibodies are supplied keep them stable and they can easily last for several years under proper storage conditions. However, the buffer is not suitable for freezing the antibodies.

Hello How long should I incubate the western blot nitro cellulose membrane with transferrin antibody D-9, should it be overnight or 2 hours of incubation should be enough ? Thank you in advance

This antibody (sc-365871) is an antibody against human transferrin. Does this antibody recognize mouse transferrin too? I have been looking for an antibody which binds mouse transferrin for IHP(P).

Thank you for your question. We have not yet tested this antibody in mouse samples and so that is not a recommended species at this time. We would recommend using one of our mouse-reactive transferrin antibodies (sc-373785 or sc-52256) which are recommended for IF or IHC on fresh or frozen tissues or cells fixed in acetone or methanol. Those antibodies have not yet been tested in formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections, but they may also be suitable for your application.

Can transferrin (D-9): sc-365871 monoclonal antibody be used in IF or IHC with mouse tissue or cells? Will there be non-specific staining?

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, transferrin (D-9): sc-365871 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as HRP, PE, FITC and AlexaFluors.
