Thank you for your question. TLR4 Antibody (H-80): sc-10741 is also reactive with murine TLR4 protein.

Hello! Can you tell me why this product was discontinued? I ask only because I'm comparing my results using sc-293072 to someone else who says that they used this antibody (sc-10741), and we get very different data. Thanks!

Thank you for the question. TLR4 (H-80) was a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against amino acids 242-321 of TLR4 of human origin. We discontinued all polyclonal antibodies and decided to only offer monoclonal antibodies instead. Please note that this antibody no longer is available. Instead we suggest using our mouse monoclonal TLR4 (25): sc-293072.
