루트렛틴 항체(C-2)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 루트렛틴 단백질을 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 모노클로날 루트렛틴 항체(CROCC 항체로도 지정됨)입니다. 루틀레틴 항체(C-2)는 비접합 항-루틀레틴 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 다중 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-루틀레틴 항체 형태로도 사용할 수 있습니다. 루트렛틴은 CROCC(섬모 루트렛 코일 코일 단백질)로도 알려져 있으며, 센트리올 관련 섬유 구조를 형성하는 2017 아미노산 단백질로 섬모 루트렛의 필수 구성 요소입니다. 섬모 세포와 비섬모 세포의 기저체와 센트로좀에 각각 국한되어 있는 루트렛틴은 기저체의 근위 말단과 결합하고 광수용체에서는 기저체 사이에 길쭉한 폴리머를 형성하는 기능을 합니다. 루트렛틴은 센트로솜 응집에 필요하며, C-Nap1(센트리올 말단에 존재하는 센트로솜 단백질)과의 상호작용을 통해 센트리올과 기저체의 결합을 조절할 수 있습니다. 루트렛틴은 Nek2(NIMA 관련 키나아제 2)에 의한 인산화를 통해 센트로솜과의 결합을 조절할 수 있는 동중합체 형태로 존재합니다. 대체 스플라이싱 사건으로 인해 두 가지 이소형이 존재합니다.

연구용으로만 사용가능합니다. 진단이나 치료용으로 사용불가합니다.

Has this antibody been tested in tissue having primary cilia, especially neural tissue? If it real stains rootletin, it should not be exclusive to multiciliated cells such as those in the fallopian tubes, nasal epithelium and bronchial epithelium.

Thank you for your inquiry and your interest in the Rootletin Antibody (C-2): sc-374056. This antibody is specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 1882-1917 within an internal region of Rootletin of human origin. We do show several immunoperoxidase stainings for this antibody on different tissues including human fallopian tube, bronchus and nasopharynx tissue. We have not tested this antibody on neural tissue yet. Hello! I'd like to blast this epitope vs Rootletin in another species. what exactly was the original sequence used to generate this epitope? (the aa-s are reported... but its not clear which version of human genome data was available at that time)Thx!
