OPA1 항체(D-9)는 IgG1 κ 마우스 단일 클론 OPA1 항체(다이나민 유사 120 KDa 단백질 미토콘드리아 항체, 다이나민 유사 구아노신 트리포스파타제 항체, 시신경 위축 1(상 염색체 우성) 항체로도 지정됨)입니다, 미토콘드리아 다이나민 유사 GTPase 항체, 시신경 위축 단백질 1 항체, MGM1 항체, NPG 항체, NTG 항체 또는 BERHS 항체)로 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 OPA1 단백질을 WB, IP, IF 및 ELISA로 검출합니다. OPA1 항체(D-9)는 비접합 항-OPA1 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 다중 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-OPA1 항체 형태로도 사용할 수 있습니다. OPA1(시신경 위축 1 유전자 단백질)은 다이나민 계열에 속합니다. 8% separation gel, first antibody 1:100, 4℃,overnight. second antibody 1:1000,room temperature, 1 hour. But I think the band (130-250kDa) is not right.

what buffer does the opa1 antibody work best in? I tried probing a blot of mouse heart tissue with opa1 at 1:1000 in 5%milk/ TBST and the blot is there is a lot of background. I checked the publications cited and they lack the buffer details

Thank you for your question. The optimal blocking buffer and antibody diluent depends on which type of Western blot detection method you are using. If you are using an HRP conjugated secondary for chemiluminescent detection, then we recommend Blotto, or 5% nonfat milk in TBST (1X TBST + 0.05% Tween-20) for blocking, and for incubating both primary and secondary antibodies. If you are using a fluorescent or NIR (Near-Infrared) detection method, for optimal results, use low fluorescence PVDF membranes, such as Immobilon®-FL PVDF: sc-516541, and UltraCruz® Blocking Reagent: sc-516214 for all blocking, primary antibody and secondary antibody incubations.

Thank you for your question. We have not yet tested this mouse monoclonal antibody, OPA1 (D-9): sc-393296, in immunofluorescent staining applications. However, based on the antibody's performance in other applications, we do recommend and warranty the antibody for IF, or immunofluorescent staining of fresh or frozen tissues or cells, fixed in methanol or acetone.
