The most frequently used include ABC or LSAB Staining Systems, which include an appropriate biotin-conjugated secondary antibody (anti-species of IgG of the primary antibody), and avidin or streptavidin-biotin reagents with DAB as the chromogen used for visualization. MMP-9 Antibody (C-20) is a goat polyclonal IgG. You would need to use a secondary antibody that is anti-goat IgG conjugated to biotin, for example, mouse anti-goat IgG-B: sc-2489 (https://www.scbt.com/scbt/product/mouse-anti-goat-igg-b).
