Lyn 항체(H-6)는 마우스, 랫트, 인간에서 유래된 Lyn 단백질을 WB, IP, IF, IHCP, ELISA를 통해 검출하는 마우스 단일 클론 IgG2a 카파 경쇄 항체입니다. Lyn(H-6) 단일 클론 항체는 비접합 형태와 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC, 여러 알렉사 플루오르® 접합체를 포함한 다양한 접합 형태로 제공됩니다. Src 비수용성 티로신 키나아제 계열의 일원인 린 단백질은 증식, 분화, 세포사멸과 같은 세포 과정의 조절에 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있으며, 린은 정상적인 면역 기능과 조혈에 필수적인 역할을 합니다. 주로 조혈 조직에 위치한 린은 B세포와 T세포의 발달과 조절에 필수적이며, 면역글로불린 생산과 면역 반응을 조절하는 신호 전달 경로에 영향을 미칩니다. 염색체 8q12에 위치한 인간 린 유전자는 일반적으로 비활성 상태로 유지되는 505개의 아미노산 단백질을 암호화하며, 유사분열과 같은 세포 활동 중에 활성화될 수 있습니다. 이는 린의 세포 주기 조절과 면역 체계 기능에 대한 중요성을 강조합니다.

How Lyn (H-6): sc-7274 monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. Lyn (H-6): sc-7274 monoclonal antibody is currently available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-7274 PE), fluorescein (sc-7274 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-7274 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-7274 AF647).
