IRAK-1, IRAK-2, IRAK-4 와 IRAK-M를 위한 IRAK항체

IRAK-4 항체(G-2)는 IgG2a κ 마우스 단일 클론 IRAK-4 항체(인터루킨-1 수용체 관련 키나제 4 또는 인터루킨-1 수용체 관련 키나제 4 항체로도 지정)로서, 인간 유래의 IRAK-4 단백질을 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA로 검출하는 항체이고, IRAK-4 항체(G-2)는 인간 유래의 항체입니다. IRAK-4 항체(G-2)는 비접합 항-IRAK-4 항체 형태와 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-IRAK-4 항체 형태로 제공됩니다. 인터루킨-1 수용체(IL1R) 관련 키나아제(IRAK)는 톨 유사 수용체(TLR)와 IL1R 계열의 신호 전달에 중요한 매개체이며, 통칭하여 TIR로 불립니다. IRAK 계열에는 두 개의 활성 키나아제인 IRAK-1 및 IRAK-4와 두 개의 비활성 키나아제인 IRAK-2 및 IRAK-M이 포함됩니다. IL-1이 상동 수용체에 결합하면 NFkB 신호 전달 경로와 MAP 키나제 경로가 활성화됩니다. IRAK-4는 다른 IRAK의 상류에서 작용하고 트레오닌 387에서 IRAK-1을 인산화하는 것으로 보입니다. 간과 신장 조직에서 높게 발현되지만 다른 조직에서도 광범위하고 낮은 수준의 발현을 보입니다. IRAK-4는 선천성 면역의 필수 구성 요소입니다. IRAK-4가 결핍되면 박테리아 감염이 재발하고 LPS 및 IL-1에 대한 심각한 저반응성을 보입니다. 따라서 IRAK-4는 치료 약물 설계의 잠재적 표적이 될 수 있습니다.

연구용으로만 사용가능합니다. 진단이나 치료용으로 사용불가합니다.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average featuresI got the sample product about a mouth ago and have used it for confocal microscopy observation on dendtritic cells. The cells were fixed by methyl alcohol, and then blocked by 5% BSA in 37℃ for 1 h, IRAK4(m)(1:100) antibody incubated in 4℃ for overnight, following G-M(cy3) second antibody in 37℃ for 1.5 h. The results are shown in the added photo. In my opinion, I think there should be some improvements for the antibody. For example, the specificity is not so good , and there was false positive signal in the cell nucleus, in addition, I felt that the signal was too weak when used in such a high concentration, maybe the titer could be improved.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good antibody for Western blottingThis product has been independently tested and validated in-house at Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation as a relatively potent and fairly specific antibody for Western blotting with a mixture of mouse brain, testes and thymus tissue lysates. It clearly detected an appropriately sized ~51 kDa target protein in these immunoblots.
