I have the integrin alpha V and Beta 3 antibody sc7312 cat no. Can I use it for western blot ? I have attempted 2 times but I'm not getting the desired band.

Mice do not make antibodies to mouse extracellular proteins in the great majority of cases; they are tolerized to them. The antibody used here recognizes mouse is true? Did you verified it?

Thank you for your question. Yes, we have verified the antibody for mouse species. The antibody is recommended for mouse, rat, human, African green monkey, Cynomolgus (Macaca fascicularis), chicken, bovine, rabbit and porcine.

I've been using this antibody for immunohistochemistry on paraffin fixed and embedded samples. We tried different protocols but it doesn't have work, we don't have results. We used HiER recovery (4 seconds at 110°C and 10 seconds at 90°C) Continue part II

Part II. Primary antibody incubation of 1:750 and 1:250 overnight at 4°C. And 1:50 during 30 minutes at room temperature. But we don't have any results at any tissue that we tried (placenta, miometrium, endometrium, osteosarcoma and urotelial carcinoma)

Thanks for your questions.To 1 ml of the cell lysate, or approximately 100–1000 µg of total cellular protein, add 10 µg of primary antibody agarose conjugate.Alternatively, if primary antibody agarose conjugate is not available, incubate 1 ml cell lysate with 1–10 µl (i.e., 0.2–2 µg) primary antibody (optimal antibody concentration should be determined by titration).
