HNF-4α 항체(H-1)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 HNF-4 알파 단백질을 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 모노클로날 HNF-4 알파 항체(HNF4A 항체 또는 간세포 핵 인자 4 알파 항체로도 지정됨)입니다. HNF-4α 항체(H-1)는 비접합 항-HNF-4 알파 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 다중 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-HNF-4 알파 항체 형태로도 사용할 수 있습니다. The report of the source of the epitope indicates that HNF-4a(H-1) is a mouse monoclonal antibody raised against amino acids 295-465 of HNF-4a of human origin. I'd like to know the specific amino acid sequence. What isoform of HNF4a does this refer to?

Twelve HNF4a isoforms are described in litterature (Hui Ling Ko et al, Cell Reports, 2019). Which isoform(s) recongnize sc-374229 antibody?

Thank you for your question. HNF-4α Antibody (H-1): sc-374229 was raised against amino acids 295-465 of HNF-4α of human origin. We do not have any data indicating which isoforms the antibody recognizes based on this immunogenic sequence.

Can we request a trial size of the HNF4 (H-1) (sc-374229)? We have been testing several antibody combinations to try to visualize HCC in mouse tissue while co-staining. So far, many of the goat and rat antibodies have not worked at all. Thank you.

How much antibody do I get in an order of sc-374229? All I see on the webpage is the concentration of the antibody (200 ug/ml). Do you send a ml?

Can the TransCruz reagent sc-374229 X be used in applications other than ChIP and EMSA?

Thank you for your question. Yes, the X form of the antibody can be used in other applications such as Western Blot, IF and IHC. The dilution factor needs to be adjusted as the X form is ten times as concentrated as the standard antibody.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not working in mouse liver by IHC/IFI didn't get any stains in the nucleus in mouse liver at all with 1:50 by both IHC and IF. I tried Alexa Fluor 488 goat anti-mouse and Alexa Fluor 594 goat anti-mouse 2nd abs, but still no signals. I contacted with the technical support. They shared me some references, no replacements and no solutions.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not working in MIN6 cellsWe performed an IHC in MIN6 cells (mouse) with the concentrated antibody of HNF4a (diluted 10x times to match the normal concentration) and we obtained no signal in 1:50 and 1:100 concentration. We know these cells are expressing HNF4a and the antibody should be working with mouse cells according to the datasheet. We already tested a free sample of HNF1a and the results were better, with some signal in this case. Can you help is with troubleshooting? HNF4a antibody could be dead? Kind regards, Pablo.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No signal at all in mouse liverAlthough HNF-4a is a well-established hepatocyte marker this antibody did not stain mouse liver sections. We tested it in paraffin-embedded mouse liver sections using PT Link (DAKO) High pH, PT Link Low pH and citrate buffer for antigen retrieval. We tested it in mouse liver cryosections too. Dilutions tested were 1:100 and 1:500. None of this conditions showed any nuclear staining in hepatocytes. Can you help me with troubleshooting? Thank you, TR22
