Hep B sAg 항체(1023)는 웨스턴 블롯(WB)과 면역침전법(IP)을 통해 Hep B 기원의 Hep B sAg 단백질을 검출하는 마우스 단일클론 IgG1 kappa 경쇄 항체입니다. Hep B sAg 단일 클론 항체(1023)는 비접합 형태와 아가로스, 과산화효소(HRP), 피코에리트린(PE), 플루오레세인 이소티오시아네이트(FITC), 다중 알렉사 플루오르® 접합체를 포함한 다양한 접합 형태로 제공됩니다. 헤파드나바이러스 계열에 속하는 B형 간염 바이러스(HBV)는 간 염증, 황달, 그리고 심한 경우 사망을 유발하는 것으로 악명이 높습니다. B형 간염 표면 항원 단백질의 중요한 특징 중 하나는 감염 시 혈류로 방출되는 표면 항원으로서의 역할로, HBV 존재의 초기 지표 역할을 하며, 임상 증상이 나타나기 전에도 검출이 가능한 경우가 많습니다. Thank you for your question. sc-53299, Hep B sAg Antibody (1023) is recommended for detection of surface antigen of Hep B origin by WB and IP. 请问SC-53299这个抗体他能检测到HBsAg大中小三种抗原吗?因为看到说明书上的效果图是20+KD，其大小是一个小S，那么小S作为组成中S和大S的一部分，理论上中S和大S应该也可以检测到，但是效果图上没有呈现，所以想请教一下，这个抗体是否可以检测到大中小三种HBV表面抗原。

Thank you for your question. The molecular weight of the protein is about 28 kDa according to our current data. 感谢您的咨询.目前我们这个货号的抗体，根据已有数据显示，只能检测到蛋白分子量为28左右。

What is the recommended secondary reagent to use with Hep B sAg (1023): sc-53299 for Western blot?
