GRHL3 항체(C-12)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 GRHL3 단백질을 WB, IP, IF 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG2b κ 마우스 단일 클론 GRHL3 항체(GRHL3 항체로도 지정됨)입니다. GRHL3 항체(C-12)는 비접합 항-GRHL3 항체 형태와 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-GRHL3 항체 형태로 제공됩니다. GRHL1, GRHL2, GRHL3을 포함하는 그레니헤드 서브패밀리는 초파리 그레니헤드(grh) 유전자의 상동체로 구성됩니다. 초파리에서 grh는 초기 등쪽/배쪽 패턴 형성 및 조직 발달에 관여합니다. 따라서 그레니헤드 하위 계열은 발달 과정에서 전사 인자로 작용하는 것으로 여겨집니다.
