Glut3 항체(B-6)는 마우스 단일 클론 IgG1 카파 경쇄 항체로, 웨스턴 블롯팅(WB), 면역 침전(IP), 면역 형광(IF), 효소 결합 면역 흡착 분석(ELISA) 등의 애플리케이션을 통해 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 샘플에서 Glut3를 검출합니다. 항-Glut3 항체(B-6)는 비접합 형태와 아가로스, 홀세라디시 퍼옥시다제(HRP), 피코에리스린(PE), 플루오레세인 이소티오시안산염(FITC) 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 다양한 접합 형태 모두에서 사용할 수 있습니다. Glut3는 포도당 대사에 중요한 역할을 하며, 특히 뇌에서 신경세포의 주요 에너지원인 포도당 흡수를 촉진하는 역할을 합니다. 특히 신경 조직에서 Glut3 발현이 높게 유지되어 저혈당 상태에서도 포도당 흡수가 효율적으로 이루어집니다. 이러한 특성은 특히 금식 중이거나 신경세포 활동이 격렬한 기간 동안 뇌 건강과 기능을 유지합니다. 혈뇌장벽을 통해 포도당을 운반하는 Glut3의 능력은 신경 에너지와 전반적인 대사 항상성에서 Glut3의 중요성을 더욱 강조합니다.

I would like to use Glut3 (B-6)): sc-74497 for double staining with another mouse monoclonal primary antibody. Is this possible?

Thank you for your question. In cases like this, we recommend using our directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibodies. Currently, sc-74497 is not available directly conjugated, but we have an alternative Glut3 antibody (sc-74399) that is available conjugated to agarose, HRP, FITC, PE, Alexa Fluor® 488 and Alexa Fluor® 647. I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with Glut3 (B-6): sc-74497?

We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGκ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. Rated 3 out of 5 by SaraGPelaz from Works on neurons and GSCThis antibody detects GLUT3 by immunofluorescence in neurons from primary culture and glioblastoma stem cells with an immersion objective (63x). The signal is not very strong but it is certainly distinguishable from the background, and protein localization is correct. In WB, it detects a band at aprox. 55 kDa if incubated overnight at dilution 1:200.
