Thank you for your question. We recommend this mouse monoclonal antibody, GFP (15): sc-101525, for detection of GFP by IF and IHC(P) based on publications in the literature. For one reference, please refer to the publication below on PubMed, PMID: 20099318, which is also listed as a product citation on our website (with a link out to PubMed). We are not currently offering a free sample size for this particular antibody. As an alternative, if you would like to test a free sample of GFP Antibody (B-2): sc-9996, please contact our Technical Service Department. This antibody is not currently recommended for IHC(P) because we have not yet tested the antibody with FFPE, however, it also has been published for this application and may be suitable.
