가바랩 항체(E-8)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 가바랩 단백질과 가바랩L1 단백질을 WB, IP, IF 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 모노클로날 가바랩 항체(GABARAP 항체라고도 칭함)입니다. 가바랩 항체(E-8)는 비접합 항가바랩 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 다중 알렉사 플루오르® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항가바랩 항체 형태로도 사용할 수 있습니다. 중추신경계에서 GABA는 신경세포 발화를 억제하는 Cl 전도도를 증가시켜 주요 억제 전달 물질로 기능합니다. 가바는 이온성(GABAA) 및 대사성(GABAB) 수용체뿐만 아니라 GABAC라는 세 번째 종류의 수용체도 활성화하는 것으로 나타났습니다. 가바 수용체 외에도 GAD65, GAD67, 가바 수송체 및 GABARAP(가바 수용체 관련 단백질) 등 여러 단백질이 가바 기능을 조절하는 것으로 확인되었습니다. 가바랩은 가바 Rg2와 결합하여 가바 수용체를 세포 골격에 연결합니다. GABARAP 단백질 서열은 미세소관 관련 단백질(MAP)의 경쇄-3과 유사하여 MAP의 한 유형이거나 MAP 복합체의 구성 요소일 수 있음을 시사합니다.

Is GABARAP Antibody (E-8) Alexa Fluor® 647 a special secondary antibody for GABARAP Antibody (E-8)? Is it different with the Alexa Fluor 647 we usually use?

Thank you for your question. This antibody, sc-377300 GABARAP Antibody (E-8), is a primary antibody against GABARAP. The Alexa Fluor conjugated form, sc-377300 AF647, is the same primary antibody conjugated to AF647. It is not a secondary antibody and can not replace any other antibody. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent,we recommend using a directly conjugated primary antibody. Rated 4 out of 5 by from GABARAP antibody and the retinaLower vertebrate retina is an useful model of the brain. In our Lab we are studing for years immunocytochemically and electrophysiologically the GABAergic neurotransmision in frog and turtle retinae. Recently we applied on the retina the GABARAP antibody (E-8) and were happy to reveal that it causes well expressed staining on it. Both plexiform layers - the outer (OPL) and the inner one (IPL), were very well visualized, and some amacrine (A), bipolar (B) and ganglion (G) cells bodies as well. GABARAP antibody immunoreactivity colocalized with the GABAA receptor gamma subunit. No collocalizations were found with the rho subunits of GABAA receptor.
