G3BP 항체

G3BP1 항체(TT-Y)는 인간 유래의 G3BP1을 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 모노클로날 G3BP1 항체입니다. G3BP1 항체(TT-Y)는 비접합 항-G3BP1 항체 형태로 제공됩니다. G3BP1(GTPase 활성화 단백질(SH3 도메인) 결합 단백질 1)은 G3BP 또는 HDH-VIII으로도 알려져 있으며, 증식하는 세포에서는 세포질에, 증식하지 않는 세포에서는 핵에 국한되어 유비쿼터스하게 발현되는 단백질입니다. 여러 DNA 풀림 효소 중 하나인 G3BP1은 3′ 또는 5′ 말단이 매달려 있는 부분 RNA 및 DNA 이중체를 푸는 서열 특이적, 인산화 의존성 헬리클라제로서 기능합니다. G3BP1은 마그네슘을 보조 인자로 사용하며 헬리카아제 활성 외에도 3′-UTR에서 아데닌과 시토신 잔기 사이에서 mRNA를 절단하는 엔도리보뉴클레아제로도 작용합니다. Ras 신호 경로의 요소인 G3BP1은 증식하는 세포에서 Ras GTPase 활성화 단백질(Ras GAP)의 SH3 도메인에 결합하여 발달 조직에서 Ras 신호 이벤트를 조절합니다. 세포 내 DNA 복제와 신호 전달 경로에 모두 관여하기 때문에 G3BP1 발현은 식도 편평상피암을 비롯한 여러 암의 발병과 관련이 있습니다.

연구용으로만 사용가능합니다. 진단이나 치료용으로 사용불가합니다.

Has this antibody been tested against non-human G3BP1, eg. mouse?
