Dicer-1를 위한 Dicer항체

Dicer 항체(F-10)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 Dicer 단백질을 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG2a κ 마우스 단일 클론 Dicer 항체(DICER1 항체 또는 dicer 1 리보뉴클레아제 III 항체로도 지정됨)입니다. Dicer 항체(F-10)는 비접합 항-다이서 항체 형태와 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-다이서 항체 형태로 제공됩니다. 포유류의 Dicer는 효모, 초파리, 애기장대에 상동체가 있는 III형 RNase 관련 단백질입니다. Dicer는 아미노 말단에 DEXH-박스와 카르복시 말단에 RNase 모티프를 포함한 RNA-헬리콥터 모티프를 포함하고 있습니다. 인간 Dicer를 암호화하는 유전자는 염색체 14q31에 매핑되어 있으며, 뇌, 심장, 간, 폐, 췌장, 신장 및 태반에서 발현되고 RNA 간섭 경로에서 기능합니다. The antibody sc-136979 is recommended for detection of Dicer of mouse, rat and human origin by Western Blot, IP, Immunocytochemistry on methanol-fixed cells, immunohistochemistry on acetone-fixed frozen tissues sections, immunohistochemistry on paraffin embedded tissues fixed with formalin and ELISA. I am trying to show Dicer1 expression in mouse liver lysates by WB or IHC. Does sc-136979 work for these purposes?

How can this mouse monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

This mouse monoclonal antibody, Dicer (F-10), is currently available conjugated to agarose (sc-136979 AC), HRP (sc-136979 HRP), phycoerythrin (sc-136979 PE), fluorescein (sc-136979 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-136979 AF488) and Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-136979 AF647).
