Daxx 항체(H-7)는 웨스턴 블롯, 면역침전, 면역형광, 효소결합면역흡착분석법을 통해 쥐, 쥐, 인간에서 유래된 Daxx 단백질을 검출하는 쥐 단일클론 IgG2a 카파 경쇄 항체입니다. Daxx(H-7) 항체는 비접합형과 아가로스, 과산화효소, 피코에리틴, 플루오레세인 이소티오시아네이트, 다중 알렉사 플루오르® 접합체를 포함한 다양한 접합형 형태로 제공됩니다. Daxx는 특히 FAS 매개 세포자멸사 경로와 관련하여 세포자멸사의 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다. FAS 수용체가 리간드에 의해 활성화되면, 활성화는 면역체계의 균형과 조직의 항상성을 유지하는 데 필수적인 프로그램된 세포 사멸로 이어지는 일련의 사건을 촉발합니다. Daxx는 이 과정에서 핵심적인 역할을 합니다.
