Is there a need to be in non denaturing conditions to detect this antibody (sc 15363) by Western blot ? thank you

Thank you for your question. This antibody can detect both native and denatured protein. Please note however, that this product has been discontinued. Our recommended alternative for the detection of CD63 in samples from mouse, rat, or human is Anti-CD63 Antibody (MX-49.129.5): sc-5275.

can i use this antibody for buffalo specific exosomes characterization?
