Hello, I would like to use this antibody (cathepsin B antibody (H-5)) for WB and IHC. Can I get a free sample? If so, how long will it take to ship? Now, my research lab is in Toronto. In addition, can this antibody use for IHC (human specimen)? Thanks

Rated 1 out of 5 by from sc-365558 M anti cathepsin B doesn't work in WBRegular WB using rat brain cortex, beta-actin gave a beautiful band with 20 ug protein at 1:1000, cathepsin B in identical blot at 1:1000 didn't work. Tech support on phone was friendly, in email became rude and refuses to provide an antibody replacement despite having provided all employed technical information. Demanding double the protein and a 1:100 antibody application are both completely unreasonable.
