c-Src 항체(B-12)는 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA에 의해 마우스, 랫 및 인간 기원의 c-Src 단백질을 검출하는 IgG2a κ 마우스 단일 클론 c-Src 항체(또한 Rous sarcoma(SRC) 바이러스 원 onc 유전자, 비 receptor 티로신 키나제 항체 또는 SRC 항체로 지정됨)이다. c-Src 항체(B-12)는 비 conjug 결합 항-c-Src 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로오스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 결합 형태의 항-c-Src 항체로 사용할 수 있다. Src 유전자 계열의 주요 번역 생성물은 막횡단 및 외부 아미노산 서열이 부족한 막 관련 티로신 단백질 키나제이다. 공통적인 구조적 모티프 덕분에, Src 계열은 척추동물의 c-Src, c-Yes, Fgr, Yrk, Fyn, Lyn, Hck, Lck 및 Blk를 포함한 9개의 구성원으로 구성된다.
