c-Rel 항체(B-6)는 웨스턴 블롯(WB), 면역침전법(IP), 면역형광법(IF), 면역조직화학법(IHC)을 통해 쥐, 쥐, 인간 기원의 c-Rel을 검출하는 쥐 단일클론 IgG1 kappa 경쇄 항체입니다. c-Rel 항체(B-6)는 비접합형과 다양한 접합형으로 제공됩니다., 아가로스, 양고추냉이 과산화효소, 피코에리트린, 플루오레세인 이소티오시아네이트, 그리고 여러 알렉사 플루오르® 접합체를 포함합니다. c-Rel은 면역 반응, 세포 증식, 생존을 조절하는 데 필수적인 핵 인자 kappa-경쇄-강화제(NFκB) 신호 전달 경로의 중요한 구성 요소입니다. c-Rel은 표적 유전자의 프로모터 영역에 있는 특정 κB 부위에 결합함으로써 면역글로불린 kappa 경쇄 유전자의 전사 활성화에 중요한 역할을 수행함으로써 B세포의 발달과 기능에 영향을 미칩니다. c-Rel의 적절한 조절은 중요합니다. 왜냐하면 조절이 제대로 이루어지지 않으면 다양한 면역 장애가 발생하고 암 발생에 기여할 수 있기 때문입니다. 기능적인 C-말단 전이 활성화 영역이 없고 정상적인 NF-κB 신호 전달을 방해하는 v-Rel과는 달리, c-Rel은 전사 활성화자로서의 역할을 유지하고, 세포 항상성 및 면역 기능 유지에 중요한 역할을 합니다.

I have used this c-Rel antibody for WB and I've always gotten nonspecific two bands with 43 kDa and around 20 kDa. I followed the suggested protocol but cannot solve the problem. Any suggestions?

When should the TransCruz reagent sc-6955 X be used instead of the standard form sc-6955?

Thank you for your question. We recommend using the TransCruz reagent form when performing ChIP or GelShift assays. This form can also be used in other applications such as Western Blot or IHC, but the dilution should be adjusted by a factor of 10 to account for the higher original concentration.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from doesn't work on WB, IHC, EMSAI normally used sc71 antibody for blots and everything which was working perfectly on mouse tissues and cell lines. To do EMSA I needed the concentrated antibody therefore ordered c-rel B6 antibody. Before we also received a sample antibody of B6 from SC. This antibody absolutely doesn't work neither on western blot, nor IHC and no shift in EMSA! I am not sure what to do, or if the problem is lot number. Sc71 antibody is amazing, unlike this one... I would really appreciate some feedback about it. Thank you
