아그레칸 항체(4F4)는 웨스턴 블롯(WB), 면역침전법(IP), 면역형광법(IF), 면역조직화학법 등을 통해 인간 유래의 아그레칸 단백질을 검출하는 마우스 단일클론 IgG1 카파 경쇄 항체입니다. 항-아그레칸 항체(4F4)는 비접합형과 아가로스, 호스래디시 퍼옥시다제(HRP), 피코에리트로피신(PE) 등을 포함한 다양한 접합형으로 제공됩니다. rin(PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC), 그리고 여러 개의 Alexa Fluor® conjugates. 아그레칸 단백질은 연골의 구조적 완전성과 탄력성을 유지하는 데 중요한 역할을 하는 큰 콘드로이틴 설페이트 프로테오글리칸입니다. 아그레칸 단백질은 주로 연골의 세포 외 기질에 위치하며, 아그레칸은 히알루론산과 연결 단백질과 함께 응집체를 형성하여 조직의 압축 강도와 기계적 스트레스를 견디는 능력에 기여합니다. 이러한 국소화는 적절한 연골 기능을 위해 필수적입니다. 왜냐하면 아그레칸은 콜라겐 섬유와 상호 작용하여 관절에 필요한 지지력과 완충력을 제공하기 때문입니다. 특히, 아그레칸의 분해는 종종 다양한 형태의 염증성 관절염과 관련되어 연골 손상 및 손실을 초래하므로, 임상 환경에서 아그레칸 수치를 모니터링하는 것이 중요합니다.

About your Aggrecan antibody.sc-33695, according to the datasheet, it is indicated to be reactive with human samples. I would like to use this antibody for immunostaining purposes,is it suitable for use with rat or mouse tissues?

Hi there! Has this antibody been used in brain/spinal cord tissue for IHC?

Thank you for your question. We have many citations of this antibody in IF and IHC, but unfortunately I do not see if any of them are in brain/spinal cord. Aggrecan is detected in chondrocytes throughout the developing skeleton/ cartilage and we have many publications in bone marrow.

Can aggrecan (4F4) sc-33695 monoclonal antibody be used with porcine tissue or cells?

I would like to detection of aggrecan in western blot assay. I tried dilution 1:500 in 5% skinmilk. and 2nd antibody used sc-2005 product. but It does not detection. How can I do? my sample orign is human pellet.

Can aggrecan (4F4): sc-33695 monoclonal antibody be used in IF or IHC with mouse tissue or cells? Will there be non-specific staining?

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, aggrecan (4F4): sc-33695 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as HRP, PE, FITC and AlexaFluors.
