아두신은 세 개의 유전자(α, β, γ)로 코딩되는 세포 골격 단백질의 일종입니다. 아두신은 세포막의 내부 전단지와 관련된 단백질로, 세포막 골격의 스펙트린-액틴 접합부에 국한된 단백질 중 하나입니다. 피질 액틴 세포 골격 네트워크는 세포 사멸 과정에서 소실되며, 아두신은 피질 액틴 네트워크 조직의 중심입니다. 아두신 α는 신장 세뇨관의 나트륨 펌프 활동에 관여하는 세포 골격 단백질로 고혈압과 관련이 있습니다. 아두신 α와 아두신 γ의 발현은 아두신 β의 제한된 발현과 달리 어디에나 존재합니다. 아두신 β는 사람의 골수, 생쥐의 비장과 같은 뇌 및 조혈 조직에서 높은 수준으로 발현됩니다.

I am using Adducin α (A-5): sc-133079 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?
