트롬복산 B2(TXB2)는 응집된 혈소판에서 상당량 방출되어 순환 중에 11-디하이드로 TXB2와 2,3-디노르 TXB2(1)로 대사됩니다. 토끼와 쥐에서 2,3-dinor TXB1은 TXB2(2,3)의 또 다른 소변 대사산물로 확인되었습니다. 그러나 사람의 소변에서는 미량의 2,3-dinor TXB1만이 확인되었습니다(2). 쥐의 경우, 2,3-디노르 TXB1은 2,3-디노르 TXB2보다 훨씬 더 높은 비율로 배설됩니다(각각 19.2 ± 4.9 ng/24 시간 및 1.6 ± 0.3 ng/24 시간)(2). 따라서 요중 2,3-이노르 TXB1은 쥐의 트롬복산 생합성에 대한 적절한 마커입니다.
