AVP Receptor V2 Activators

AVP Receptor V2 (AVPR2) Activators are a diverse set of compounds that can directly or indirectly stimulate the activity of AVPR2, a key receptor in water homeostasis. The most direct activators of AVPR2 are naturally occurring or synthetic analogues of arginine vasopressin, such as AVP itself or DDAVP.
