SNX20 Antibody (D-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects SNX20 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SNX20, also known as SLIC1 (selectin ligand-interactor cytoplasmic 1), is a crucial sorting protein composed of 316 amino acids that plays a significant role in the internalization and recycling of PSGL-1 (P-selectin glycoprotein ligand 1) into endosomes.
