Rab 7 항체(D-4)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 Rab 7을 WB, IP, IF 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 단일클론성 Rab 7 항체입니다. Rab 7 항체(D-4)는 비접합 항-Rab 7 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-Rab 7 항체 형태로도 사용할 수 있습니다. 구아닌 뉴클레오티드 결합 단백질의 Ras 관련 수퍼패밀리는 Ral/Rec, Rap, R-Ras 및 Rho/Rab 하위 패밀리를 포함하며, Ras p21과 30~60%의 상동성을 나타냅니다. 축적된 데이터는 세포 내 또는 생합성 단백질 수송에서 Rab 단백질의 중요한 역할을 시사합니다. 소포체에서 골지 복합체의 다양한 스택과 분비 소낭으로 새로 합성된 단백질을 운반하는 과정에는 각 단계에서 운반 소낭의 이동이 포함되며, 이 과정에는 Rab 단백질의 기능이 관여하는 것으로 보입니다. I am using Rab 7 Antibody (D-4) for Western blot. How do I know if the band I am detecting is specific?

Antibody binding to antigen may be blocked/competed by pre-absorption with the blocking peptide. The antibody can weakly detect the existence while products from Cell Signalling can be 10 times sensitive. I used 1/200 dilution. After checking molecular weight, it even does not recognize the right band.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sabbir from Detect the faintest star in the galaxy of proteinsThis is an extraordinary antibody for detecting endocytic vesicle by Immunofluorescence. I have used the antibody (1:100) for detecting some late endosomal vesicles in a human carcinoma cell line and got satisfied by the specificity of the antibody and the clarity of the florescence signal (see the attached picture). Such a nice antibody, it will help you paint the endosomal vesicles with your choice of colour. So use it as long as you can and get good science out of it. Good luck with your research
