    SEE ALSO...

PACSIN1 Antibody (A-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects PACSIN1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-PACSIN1 antibody (A-3) is available as a non-conjugated format. PACSIN1, a member of the PACSIN family of cytoplasmic adapter proteins, plays a crucial role in organizing the cytoskeleton, which is essential for maintaining cell shape, motility, and intracellular transport. PACSIN1 features a conserved C-terminal protein-binding SH3 domain and a CDC15-NT domain, which facilitate interactions with various signaling pathways. Notably, PACSIN1 expression is primarily found in terminally differentiated neural tissue, highlighting its importance in neuronal function and development. In contrast, PACSIN2, which is more widely expressed, exhibits a vesicle-like distribution and regulates endocytotic processes. PACSIN1′s ability to interact with specific proteins, such as syndapin 1, FAP52, EM13, and PSTPIP, further underscores its significance in cellular signaling and cytoskeletal dynamics, making anti-PACSIN1 antibody (A-3) a valuable tool for researchers studying these critical biological processes.
