Mad 4阻害剤
Rec8 inhibitors, in a broad sense, consist of chemicals that can interfere with the process of cell division, especially the separation of sister chromatids, a process where Rec8 plays a crucial role. Nocodazole, Paclitaxel, Colchicine, Vinblastine, Vincristine, and Griseofulvin all disrupt microtubule dynamics, which are essential for pulling sister chromatids apart during cell division. By disrupting microtubule dynamics, these chemicals can indirectly affect the function of Rec8.
On the other hand, Etoposide, ICRF-193, ICRF-159, Merbarone, Teniposide, and Amsacrine all inhibit topoisomerase II, an enzyme required for the separation of sister chromatids. By inhibiting topoisomerase II, these chemicals can indirectly affect the function of Rec8, which is necessary for keeping sister chromatids together until their separation.
