Hck Antibody (B-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects Hck in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Hck antibody (B-9) specifically targets human hemopoietic cell kinase (Hck), a crucial non-receptor tyrosine kinase that plays a significant role in hematopoietic cell signaling pathways. Hck (B-9) antibody recognizes a protein of 505 amino acids, predominantly expressed in granulocytes and essential for regulating cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration.
