    SEE ALSO...

ADRM1 Antibody (D-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ADRM1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ADRM1 (D-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ADRM1, also known as adhesion-regulating molecule 1, GP110, ARM-1, or Rpn13, consists of 407 amino acids and is primarily localized in both the nucleus and cytoplasm, which is crucial for protein recruitment and cell adhesion. As an integral membrane protein, ADRM1 is essential for recruiting UCH-L5, a deubiquitinating enzyme, to the 26S proteasome, thereby enhancing UCH-L5′s activity and facilitating ubiquitinated protein degradation. ADRM1 plays a key role in mediating lymphocyte adhesion to endothelial cells, suggesting involvement in lymphocyte homing, which is vital for immune response and tissue repair. ADRM1 expression is induced by interferon-gamma in certain cancer cell lines and shows upregulation in various metastatic cells, indicating a potential role in carcinogenesis. Two isoforms of ADRM1 arise from alternative splicing events, which may contribute to diverse functional roles in different cellular contexts.
