Trichohyalin Antibody (F-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Trichohyalin in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Trichohyalin (F-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Trichohyalin is a crucial structural protein predominantly found in the medulla and inner root sheath of hair follicles, where Trichohyalin plays a vital role in forming and organizing the cornified cell envelope.
