When did Tom20 Antibody (FL-145): sc-11415 discontinue?

I am using the Tom20 (FL-145: sc-11415). I would like to know where the antibody binds to its target (N- or C- terminal; which aa), but I can not find the information here, since probably this product is not produced anymore. Can you please help?

Thank you for the question. Tom20 Antibody (FL-145) was a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against amino acids 1-145 representing full length Tom20 of human origin. Please note that this antibody no longer is available. Instead we suggest using our mouse monoclonal Tom20 (F-10): sc-17764.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Pure extracellular vesiclesI used this antibody for several years for the detection of cellular contaminants in extracellular vesicles samples by Western Blot (HRP secondary antibodies and ECL detection). There is no aspecific. It preserves well, even when frozen in milk. The signal is very high even in a few ug cell samples. I am completely satisfied and will continue to employ this antibody in my future researches. I strongly suggest it.

Rated 5 de 5 de par TOM-20 immunofluorescenceanti rabbit TOM-20 antibody is perfect for WB or IF: 1/500 is perfect!. Also, the current Tom20 Anticuerpo (F-10): sc-17764 gives similar results.

Rated 5 de 5 de par excellent for IFmouse pulmonary endothelial cells, fixed with 4% PFA for 15 min, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100 for 10 min. blocked with 5% FBS. Dilute with 1% FBS to 1: 500. overnight
