La (S)-1-[(RP)-2-(Diphénylphosphino)ferrocényl]éthyldi-tert-butylphosphine est un catalyseur de b-boration utilisé dans la préparation des intermédiaires Sitagliptin b-Amino-2,4,5-trifluorobenzenebutanoic Acid derivatives via la réaction d'échange de Grignard, le couplage croisé, la b-boration, l'oxydation et l'Amination. C'est un ligand phosphine chiral pour la synthèse énantiosélective avec un rendement élevé et des résultats énantiosélectifs élevés.
