NOS1 monoclonal antibody (A-11) targets an epitope comprising amino acids 2-300 of the human NOS1 protein, ensuring reliable recognition of NOS1 across mouse, rat, and human species in applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Neuronal nitric oxide synthase is pivotal in the production of nitric oxide (NO), a critical signaling molecule involved in diverse biological processes including neurotransmission, vascular regulation, and immune response modulation.
