Jagged2 Antibody (G-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Jagged2 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Jagged2 is a crucial ligand in the Notch signaling pathway, which plays a significant role in various developmental processes, including cell differentiation and tissue patterning. Jagged2 is primarily located in the cell membrane, where anti-Jagged2 antibody (G-12) can detect interactions with Notch receptors that influence cell fate decisions during embryonic development and in adult tissues. Proper functioning of Jagged2 is vital, as dysregulation of this pathway can lead to developmental disorders and contribute to the progression of certain cancers. Notably, Jagged2 has been implicated in the regulation of hematopoiesis and is expressed in various tissues, including the heart and brain, highlighting its importance in both development and disease. Additionally, aberrant expression of Jagged2 has been associated with several malignancies, making Jagged2 a potential biomarker for cancer diagnosis and therapy. Jagged2 monoclonal antibody (G-12) is an essential tool for researchers investigating the complexities of cell signaling and differentiation in human health and disease.
