I incubated two antibodies on the same Western blot band, namely GRK 6 antibody (XX-4) and GRK 6 antibody (C-20), and found that the results were not consistent and very different. Why?

Thank you for your question. We would recommend that you incubate both antibodies separately, and include proper positive and negative controls. In addition, a secondary antibody control (omit primary antibody) can help you to evaluate your results. Please contact our Technical Service Department for assistance in troubleshooting these antibodies.
