FcRH3 Antibody (C-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects FcRH3 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FcRH3 (C-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The Fc receptor homolog (FcRH) family, to which FcRH3 belongs, consists of type I transmembrane glycoproteins that play a crucial role in the regulation of the immune system. These proteins are characterized by the presence of immunoreceptor-tyrosine inhibitory motifs in their cytoplasmic domains, which are essential for modulating immune responses. FcRH3 is primarily expressed in marginal zone B cells, suggesting a significant role in immunoregulation within this specific subset of B cells. Such restricted expression pattern indicates potential involvement in maintaining immune homeostasis and preventing autoimmune responses. Mutations in genes encoding FcRH proteins have been linked to various autoimmune diseases, including systemic lupus erythematosus, autoimmune thyroid disease, and rheumatoid arthritis, highlighting FcRH3′s importance in immune function and disease. Human FcRH genes are located on chromosome 1, in proximity to related FCR genes, further emphasizing the evolutionary conservation and functional relevance of this protein family.
