Rated 5 de 5 de par Phenomenal antibody!This antibody worked perfectly! It was specific, had no background staining and it was stable (working) over several years. The staining of newly formed neurons in the subgranular zone of the hippocampus was really beautiful.

By this means we have assessed neurogenesis rate in the hippocampal Dentate Gyrus

Rated 5 de 5 de par This antibody works very wellThis antibody worked perfectly at 1:500 dilution. Sodium citrate antigen retrieval heat (boiling) for only 2 mins. There was no TritonX in the primary antibody or the blocking step. This antibody works very well.
