I have used this Ab to detect AChR in brain rat, after developing by usung TMB substrate, no any band was observed. Why?

Please contact our Technical Service Department, by phone, e-mail or live chat, or contact your local distributor. We are happy to help you troubleshoot the antibody. Santa Cruz Biotechnology does warranty our antibodies for one year from the date of purchase. If we are unable to successfully troubleshoot your application we will send you a replacement antibody free of charge, or issue a credit or refund if that is not possible.
