SEE ALSO...

TR4 Antibody (D-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TR4 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TR4 (D-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TR4, an orphan receptor belonging to the steroid/thyroid hormone receptor superfamily, plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression related to growth, differentiation, and development. TR4 interacts with TR2, forming heterodimers that are implicated in neurogenesis and germ cell development, highlighting these interactions′ importance in cellular processes. TR4 regulates genes such as erythropoietin and muscle-specific aldolase A, which are essential for proper cellular function and response to physiological demands. Understanding TR4 dynamics and interactions is vital for elucidating its role in various biological pathways and potential implications in disease states.
