Hi, I have got a band from 25 to 37 KDa after treating the blot with RUNX2 antibody(RUNX2 Antibody (C-19): sc-8566) in Human mesenchymal stem cells. Is this RUNX2 band?

Thank you for your question. The expected molecular weight for RUNX2 is approximately 55 kDa (PMID: 12746842). We are not aware of any references supporting RUNX2 protein between 25-37 kDa.
